• At least high school graduate
• With experience in both gas and diesel engines for at least 2 years
• Familiar in electrical wiring, underchassis repair, and engine overhauling
• With driver's license restriction 1, 2, and 3
• Birth Certificate must not be late registered
• Holder of valid Passport
• Willing to undergo four (4) months Nihongo Training
• Interest and willingness to work in Japan for a maximum of 3 years
