• At least High School graduate
• With at least 1 year experience in the same position
• PSA Birth Certificate must not be late registered (if late registered, must not go beyond 1999)
• Holder of valid Passport
• Willing to undergo Nihongo training
• Willing to work in Japan for a maximum of 3 years
