• Between 22 to 32 years old
• At least high school graduate
• With at least 1 year relevant work experience
• Birth Certificate must not be late registered (the date indicated on the section of RECEIVED AT THE OFFICE OF CIVIL REGISTRAR must not exceed 1 month after birth)
• Holder of valid Passport
• Willing to undergo 4 months Nihongo training
• Willing to work in Japan for a maximum of 3 years (depending on job orders)
