• With at least 4 years experience in operating Bulldozer/Backhoe machines
• Willing to undergo Japanese language training for 2 months or equivalent to continues 360 hrs plus 3 months enhancement program until departure
• Must be a Christian
• Must be 1st timers in Japan only
