Qualifications:

• Culinary Arts degree or Hotel & Restaurant Management (HRM) degree holder
• Applicants without Culinary Arts degree or HRM degree must have minimum of 5 years work experience as COOK/CHEF
• Knowledge of International Cuisine
• Minimum 2 years professional experience as Cook/ Chef in casual dining restaurant or hotel
• Must be 22 - 35 years of age, male or female
• Experience working abroad an advantage

Skills:

• Storage handling
• Knowledge how to do mis en place
• Proper use and care of kitchen tools and equipments
• Able to plan ahead of duties and work independently
